Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your email mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this intuitive user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox in no time and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward emails from one mailbox to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming mail messages based on certain rules set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your mail accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just specify the e-mail box you wish to forward electronic mails from, then select the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
